Inside the box you will find the wrist gyroscope, and some red string along with some other useful information. Pull out the red rope and the ball. While holding the ball in your hand, make sure the open part of the gyroscope faces away from your and and is exposed.
In the exposed part, spin it until you see a hole. Using the red rope, insert the end of the rope into the hole and then wrap around the inside of the gyroscope by spinning it until the rope is wrapped around 2 or 3 times.
With your arm extended and the exposed part facing up, take the remaining string and quickly pull up. If done properly the ball will begin spinning. Using the hand that you prefer, take the Power Wrist Ball and begin to rotate your hand and wrist while trying to keep your arm steady to help accelerate the gyroscope until you have reached the desired speed. Continue to use until you are done.
The first few times may be hard, but like riding a bike once you figure out how it works, it gets easier and easier to do. It will feel weird at first but try and pay attention to the subtle movements that the gyroscope gives to know how fast to rotate your hand and wrist.

Often times it helps to imagine there is a center point on the back of your hand. Make a circle around the center point when you hold the Power Wrist Ball. The motion of your hand rotating the Power Wrist Ball is similar to swirling Ice cubes in a glass or swirling wine in a glass. It’s not about how fast you rotate your arm, but rather figuring out how fast to rotate to help get the gyroscope to speed up.
Rotating to fast at first can often be counterproductive and cause the ball to slow down or stop. Try to synchronize the rotation of your wrist to the momentum and timing of the rotor’s gyration. The faster the rotor spins, the easier it is to operate.
